We’re bringing CIC owners from all around the UK to Penzance, Cornwall for a weekend that’s all about community, growth, and celebrating the work you do.

And if you’ve been attending online for months (or even years), this is your chance to finally meet me and the CIC Tribe community in person and honestly… it changes everything. The connections hit different when you’re in the room together.

Saturday (line-up TBC) is the main conference day. Full day of speakers, real strategies, and a networking lunch. The aim is simple: to boost your CIC and help you grow your career as a social entrepreneur.

Then Saturday night we celebrate with our first ever CIC Tribe Awards Show, shining a light on the Social Entrepreneurs in our community. Expect an evening celebration with awards, food, and DJs.
