🎨 I took a leap of faith—swapping my probation officer job to start a CIC and chase my dream of becoming a community artist. My mission? Engaging hard-to-reach young people through the power of art and music.
🏫 Over the years, I’ve run impactful projects in prisons, schools, research, and heritage, even supporting schools in The Gambia. Along the way, I’ve grown as a social entrepreneur, artist, and historian, mastering the art of running grant-funded projects that create meaningful impact.
💡 I’ve also fine-tuned strategies to grow income streams, allowing me to live my dream life while making a difference. And I have worked out how to run a sustainable CIC that creates income without funding.

What is a CIC?
A Community Interest Company, or CIC, is a type of limited company designed for people who want to use their skills and passion to make a difference in their community. It gives you a legal structure that lets you generate income, apply for grants, and pay yourself — all while doing work that truly matters. If you have a vision for change, a CIC is how you make it official.

Getting started with CIC Tribe is simple.
