CIC Tribe Gold payment plan package

This Agreement is made between: CIC Tribe Ltd (“CIC Tribe”) and the purchaser/client (“Client”).

By signing or ticking to accept this Agreement, the Client agrees to the package details and terms below.

Package Gold Package (1 year)

​

Get everything you will need in one place: mentoring, resources, and grants support. This is for both existing CICs and those setting up.

What is included The Client will receive:

• Strategy call with Kexx

• 3 grant project designs

• 1:1 call: CIC set up registration

• 3 grant design and application writing (aim £50k–£100k+)

• VIP online course: step by step CIC starter

• 3 expert calls: fundraising, contracts, evaluation setup

• Grant application zone and grant list

• 1 year VIP CIC Tribe membership

• CIC website template and set up course training

• Monthly accountability 1:1 call

• Weekly group workflow sessions, masterclasses and community

• WhatsApp cohort group

Price and payment plan The total price of this package is £2,800.

The Client agrees to pay by payment plan as follows:

• Payments split over 3 months (total £2,800)

• Payments will be taken automatically from the Client’s account

The Client understands and agrees that:

• Due to the fast speed of delivery, all of the money is due

• Payment plan payments cannot be cancelled

Delivery timeline (aims)

• We aim to set the CIC up in the first week

• We aim to write the grant designs in the first month

Refunds and cancellations

• 7 day cooling off period applies from the date of purchase

• No refunds after 7 days for any reason

• Once we start your CIC set up, we deliver very fast, so all of the money is needed with no refund even if someone changes their mind

Missed payments and non-payment

• If payments are not paid, CIC Tribe reserves the right to claim the unpaid balance via small claims court

Grant funding and results

• We cannot guarantee grant funding will be awarded as that is down to the funder, but we can say confidently everyone who follows our advice and takes action gets funding at some level

Client responsibilities The Client understands and agrees that:

• The Client is responsible for submission and community engagement work to be completed

• We cannot be held responsible if the Client does not send the grant, does not do the community work needed, does not book their calls with us, or does not use the services

• It is important to note the Client will have actions and steps they need to take to be successful with grant funding and with their CIC

Liability

• We are not liable or responsible for a CIC that we help to set up. Our role is to mentor, guide and support

Term

• This is a 1 year package

• 1 year plans cannot be extended if the Client runs out of time

Agreement and acceptance By signing below, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
